It is subjected to high temperature, high pressure, huge centrifugal force, steam force, steam exciting force, corrosion and vibration, and water drop erosion in wet steam area under extremely harsh conditions.
Its aerodynamic performance, machining geometry, surface roughness, installation clearance, operating conditions, scaling and other factors affect the efficiency and output of steam turbine. Its structure design, vibration intensity and operation mode have a decisive influence on the safety and reliability of the unit.
Blade steel shall meet the following requirements
· adequate mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature and creep resistance;
· high anti-vibration attenuation ability;
· high organizational stability;
· good corrosion resistance and erosion resistance;
· good process performance.
The blade processing is processed by the advanced five-axis machining center of hamler, Germany. The machine tool has an automatic temperature compensation system, and the blade processing workshop is a constant temperature workshop.
Eliminate the influence of cutting heat on the blade size, complete the whole process of clamping, can ensure the precise size and shape tolerance of the blade.
